Deposit Policy
A deposit is required for each room reserved and must reach us within seven days after reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to arrival date. If reservation is changed after arrival, you will be expected to pay in full for the original reservation. When a cancellation occurs on a short term reservation guaranteed by a credit card, the card will be processed and deposit is forfeited. There will be a $50 service charge for all cancellations.
Your Guarantee
We want your stay in Door County to be pleasant. Upon arrival, if you are unhappy with your accommodations, we will cheerfully refund your deposit and you will be free to find something else more to your liking. If you choose to stay with us you will be responsible for your full reservation. We think you will like it. This guarantee in no way changes our 21 day cancellation policy.
Sorry, we do not accommodate children under age 18, nor do we accommodate 2 couples in one room. Pets are not allowed. We do not allow smoking in rooms or on balconies.
