The weather has been beautiful and the wildflowers and even the cherry trees… yes, the cherry trees are in bloom! This is the earliest spring most people remember in Door County. We started out short of housekeepers but have since almost filled where we were short. I seriously don’t know what we would do without these girls! Jerry our gardener/groundskeeper was sick this day but I’ll photograph her in the near future when she begins to transform our grounds into beautiful gardens. Busy, busy, busy!
Don’t forget the YMCA’s Blossom Run is this Saturday. The route had to be changed and shortened due to the construction of Egg Harbor’s new marina but it will still be a great family event.
